Massachusetts has passed its version of the No Texting and Driving law.  First offense $100.00.  2nd offense $200.00 and licence lost for 30 days.  3rd offense $500.00 fine and 90 days loss of licence.  Now if we could just legislate stupidity behind the wheel we'd be all set!
