Unfortunately the setting to run Flash is controlled by your browser, not our site.
But there are a few options you can try here. First of all make sure you are running the latest version of Flash player, and upgrade it if needed. Second, when asked if you want to activate Flash for our site - some browsers show a checkbox to remember this setting, so make sure you check that checkbox so that browser remembers your preference and does not ask you again.
