Starting this out

I drive a 2005 Honda Element Cargo Khaki in color. I had my data on a different site but forgot my password.  My best mileage all time seemed to be somewheres about 25 mpg and worse was 13 mpg... i was sitting in DC traffic on that one (ick!). I decided to start over here with the data i have from this year alone.

A few things to note.

I use Full Synthetic oil. Currently using Mobil 1 synthetic with a matching filter. (it was on a wicked sale at Advanced Auto). I have been using full synthetic for the last 3 or more oil changes.

Driving Style. Spirited, but i try not to stomp on the gas much... key word being TRY. When i get up to speed i generally use cruise control and run about 4-5 miles above the speed limit. 90 or so % of my overall miles are strictly hiway miles traveling between 50 and 60mph.

I have had BFGoodrich All Terrain tires on it since i bought it but i am going to change that today. Love the tires but they are just too loud for mostly hiway travel. I will be replacing them with Michalin symetries... i think... i forget the exact name.

EDIT: New tires at odometer reading 69161 Got some Firestone Destination LE's, so far so good (3 miles in =P) VASTLY more quiet than the BFG AT/KO's i can actually hear the radio at the lowest setting (aside from mute)!! they seem to ride and handle nice. I punished them for every inch of those 3 miles, weaving, swerving, cornering, bumps, etc and so far i like em. Only time will tell i suppose.

Gas.

I use whatever is cheapest. 87 usually, but sometimes with ethanol i gert 89 just for the cheap factor. Ethanol seems to hamper the mileage a little.
